It is a platform for environmental and social impact, as all funds generated will be directly allocated to preservation programs, aerial reforestation, marine and terrestrial species monitoring, and community capacity building within the archipelago. The non-profit organization Earth Army, an authorized grantee in Mexico, the United States, and Canada, will be responsible for implementing and reporting these funds. Additionally, Las Marías Blue Cup seeks to position the archipelago as an elite tourism destination, where the experience goes beyond fishing: pristine nature, restored infrastructure, eco-conscious activities, and a comprehensive vision of regenerative tourism.
